Wexford Youths return to action tonight as top of the table Dundalk visit Ferrycarrig Park, kick off 8.00pm

Conor Sinnott is suspended for Mick Wallace's side, looking to recover from the fiasco of the postponed match with Limerick 37 last Tuesday.

Promotion chasing Dundalk are without Paul Shiels, Jamie Duffy and Derek Doyle through suspension. Robbie Martin is injured, but Trevor Vaughan, Robbie Farrell and Paul Crowley return.

Vaughan had been on honeymoon. The Lilywhites have only taken one point from the last two games, including a 2-1 loss at home to Longford Town.

' It was disappointing,' he acknowledged. 'It was poor and I think everybody knows that; you can't hide behind it. You can take defeat sometimes, but when you play bad, it's harder to take.

He added: 'I don't think it was nerves - I don't know what it was - we just didn't perform. As well as that, I really thought we had thrown it away, and then Waterford don't seem to want to win it either!

'I don't know how many lives we want at this stage, but, hopefully, we'll learn.'
