• Competition is open to all citizens of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years of age or over, except employees of eircom, and their subsidiaries, their immediate families, agencies, promoters and anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
• Prize consists of two tickets to see U2 play live in Croke Park on the 24th July
• Final Entries accepted by 14th July 2009, close of business.
• The winner will be contacted by email.
• The prize is not transferable.
• The winner agrees to take part in any promotional activity organised by promoters
• No cash alternative will be substituted for the prize.
• The winner will be chosen randomly from correct entries submitted and the judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute items/activities of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, eircom is excluded from Liability for any loss, damage or injury, which might occur to any winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
• Employees or agents of any company connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter.
