Midfielder Elaine has become an integral part of Noel King's senior team since progressing through the underage International levels and has picked up 31 caps. Her efforts on with the Irish team were recognised when she received the eircom player of the year award in 2005.

She first made an impression with Dublin Womens Soccer League (DWSL) team, Lourdes Celtic, where she helped them to win the Dublin Cup at Under 14, 16 and 18 levels. Elaine is currently based in the United States, playing for Long Island Fury after spending previous time with Arsenal, Long Island Lady Riders and Hofstra University.
