Limerick native Marie has realised the potential she showed as a Youth when she played for the Lifford club. Has seamlessly fitted into the Irish defence and her International outings entered into double-figures last season.

Marie is another member of the Irish squad plying her trade in the United States and was part of the Hofstra squad that won the American Colleges Soccer Championships in 2005. Was selected as the eircom Under-18 player of the year in 2002.
