How it Works

3. Call our dedicated technical Solutions Experts on 1890 200 005.

4. We will answer any questions you might have about the remote PC repair service, confirm your expectations and the price of the service you require.

5. We will then walk you through the process of setting up the connection that our remote PC Solutions Expert will use to service your computer.

6. We will then ask your permission to remotely connect and start work on your machine. As the customer you retain total control of the remote connection at all times and can disconnect at anytime should you feel the need.

7. For security and quality assurance we record everything our remote PC Solutions Expert does on your computer.

8. You are free to leave, or you can stay and watch our Solutions Expert at work on your computer screen.

9. Once our remote PC Solutions Expert has completed the service, we will summarise what we did.
